Experience Caring for Moms and Growing Families

Dr. Kylie is trained in the Webster Technique and has completed more than 180 hours of pediatric training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She has also trained with Dr. Carol Phillips in Dynamic Body Balancing, craniosacral work, and fascial work.

Care That Starts with Listening

Every pregnancy is different. Your appointments begin with a conversation about your health history, how your pregnancy is progressing, and what matters to you.

If you’re experiencing back, hip, or pelvic discomfort, tell Dr. Kylie what you’re noticing and how it affects your day. She’ll assess your concerns, discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate, and explain when another provider’s evaluation may be needed.

Chiropractic care complements your maternity care. Your OB or midwife remains responsible for monitoring your pregnancy and your baby’s health.

What to Expect at Your First Visits

Your first appointment is your Discovery Day. We’ll review your health history, discuss your concerns, and complete an examination and appropriate scans. Let us know about any pregnancy complications, restrictions, or recommendations from your maternity provider.

At your second visit, Dr. Kylie will explain your findings and discuss a personalized care plan, including recommended visits and costs. You’ll have time to ask questions before deciding how you’d like to proceed.

As your pregnancy progresses, let us know what has changed so Dr. Kylie can reassess your needs and adapt your care.

Common Questions About Pregnancy Chiropractic

Can I see a chiropractor while pregnant?

Does Dr. Kylie have Webster Technique training?

Yes. Dr. Kylie is trained in the Webster Technique. Her background also includes ICPA pediatric training, craniosacral and fascial training, and previous doula experience.

When should I schedule my first appointment?

How often will I need to come in?

There is no single schedule for every pregnancy. Dr. Kylie will discuss recommendations after reviewing your history and examination findings, then reassess as your needs change.

Can I continue care after my baby arrives?
